How Eleganza Homes Limited uses the information you send us.

Who we are
Eleganza Homes Limited ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 15719728, registered office Cambridge, United Kingdom. ICO registration: replace with ICO registration number, if registered. Contact: eleganzahomes24@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the type of enquiry, and your message. Landlords also give a property postcode and number of bedrooms.
- Booking requests: the lead guest's name, email address and mobile number, your dates, number of guests, purpose of stay (optional) and any message.
- Anything you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- If you go ahead with a booking, we will ask the lead guest to verify their identity. We will tell you how this works, and who processes it, before we ask.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry or booking request and, if you go ahead, to arrange and manage your stay or agreement. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and keeping our property secure.
Who processes it for us
- Formspree, which delivers website form submissions to our inbox.
- Google (Gmail), which hosts our email.
- Google Firebase Hosting, which hosts this website and may keep standard server logs.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there.
- Booking platforms such as Airbnb, if you book through them.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
replace with retention period, e.g. enquiries deleted after 12 months if no booking or agreement follows; booking records kept for 6 years for tax
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing eleganzahomes24@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and photos are served from our own website. If you follow a link to Google Maps, WhatsApp or Airbnb, those sites have their own privacy and cookie policies.
