How booking works

Request to book in four steps

    Choose your dates and number of guests. You'll see a price estimate straight away.

  2. We confirm

    We check availability and reply by email with your confirmed price.

  3. Verify and pay

    The lead guest verifies their ID, and we explain how to pay to secure the booking.

  4. Check in

    Self check-in from 3pm with a lockbox. We send the access details before you arrive.

Online payment and live availability are coming soon. Until then, nothing is charged through this website.

Frequently asked questions

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Self check-in is from 3pm to 10pm using a lockbox. Check-out is by 10am.
How many people can stay?
Up to 7 guests: two super king beds (each can be split into two singles), a double bed and a sofa bed.
Is there parking?
Yes. Free on-street parking is available nearby on Garlic Row, less than a minute's walk away.
Are pets or smoking allowed?
No. Pets and smoking are not allowed, whatever the length of stay.
Can I stay for a month or longer?
Yes. Short, weekly and monthly stays are all welcome. Stays of 28 to 89 nights are £187 a night and 90 nights or more are £180 a night (ex VAT).
How do I pay?
Online payment isn't live yet. Send a booking request; once we have confirmed your dates we'll explain how to pay. Nothing is charged when you send a request.
Is there a cot or a tumble dryer?
No. We don't have cots or extra beds, and there's no tumble dryer, but there is a washing machine and a clothes airer.
